Retail Logic is committed to responsible sourcing and the promotion of sustainable forest management. As a manufacturer of cardboard and paper-based display products, we recognise the importance of protecting forests, biodiversity and the communities that depend on them. Our procurement practices are designed to ensure that timber-based materials used in our products are sourced from responsible and legally compliant sources.
FSC® CHAIN OF CUSTODY CERTIFICATION
Retail Logic maintains FSC® Chain of Custody certification to ensure that timber-based materials used in our products originate from responsibly managed forests, controlled sources or recycled fibre in accordance with FSC standards. Our certification details are:

TRACEABILITY AND VERIFICATION
Retail Logic operates a documented traceability system to verify the origin of wood-based materials entering our supply chain. All incoming cardboard and paper materials are sourced from approved FSC® Chain of Custody certified mills and suppliers. Supplier certification claims are verified against invoices, delivery documentation and supplier certification records prior to acceptance into production.
SUPPLIER EXPECTATIONS
Retail Logic expects all suppliers of timber-based materials to comply with applicable timber legality requirements and responsible sourcing practices. Suppliers are required to maintain valid certification where applicable and demonstrate that materials are not sourced from illegal logging, controversial sources or areas where biodiversity and High Conservation Value (HCV) forests are threatened.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Retail Logic regularly reviews its sourcing practices and supplier requirements to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks, sustainability standards and customer expectations.
